Accounts Payable
Our service areas ensure accurate and timely payments to suppliers for goods or services received ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of vendor accounts and prevent duplication of invoices. We have the ability to support multiple platforms such as Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, and customer mainframes. An account payable role is a foundation for a career in accounting at Genpact.
Cash Application
We handle incoming and outgoing payments of our customers. Our activities include allocation of payment, payment initiation via bank software or Internet based applications and bookkeeping. By executing challenging activities, we are building a solid knowledge of integrated accounting systems and confidence in interaction with customers.
General Accounting and Account Reconciliation
We provide a wide range of Financial services including general accounting, booking accounting entries, calculating and booking of accruals, reporting, balance sheet analysis and account reconciliation. We conclude tasks that include matching general ledger balances, identifying and analyzing unmatched items. We also report reconciliation status, and the status of open items.
Accounts receivables
Responsibilities for individuals in the account receivable team involve collections on the amounts, which go behind on payments. We are required to perform various other functions besides credit & collections: account reconciliation, determining of the credit worthiness of customers by researching either through credit references or pulling a D&B report, applying the payments, to the respective accounts.
Customer Service
We offer a wide variety of customer services solutions to our customers. Our activities vary from administration to service center tasks such as system / site creation, warranty setup, database maintenance, in/outbound call handling, logistics coordination, etc. Accordingly, communication plays an important role in our everyday life. Order Management / General Customer Service
We manage incoming orders received through multiple sources like faxes, phones, letters and e-mails. We deal with logistical problems as well. The resource pool holds excellent language skills as we have continuous contact with our customers. We are extensively trained in communication.
Telemarketing
We handle various buying requests for Medical equipment received through the web. As the first contact point our tasks mainly include requesting information and detecting buying probability during our calls. We also organize and execute telemarketing campaigns in order to support sales activities. Our team members are fluent in the required language of service and have a background in Sales and Marketing. We undergo intensive on-the-job training on products and telemarketing processes.
Back-office Services
We serve numerous back and front-office functions, including order management, claim management, answering inbound calls, email and faxes and conducting necessary outbound calls and communication. In close collaboration with the area sales team, we are the primary point of contact for the end customer in case of placing orders, asking questions or requesting information. We also perform numerous support functions to help the daily work of the area sales representatives and provide a transparent and consistent administrative frame.
