Young Talent Leadership Development

The Young Talent Leadership Development Program (YTLD) is exclusively designed for our young talented colleagues at Genpact Hungary. It enables participants to pursue a regular world-class graduation degree from CEU, Budapest and gain valuable work experience in the Business Services and Technology Solutions industry as a Genpact employee.

As part of the YLTD program, participants enjoy the flexibility of studying for 2 days per month at the university campus and working with Genpact at the same time.

And as a Genpact employee, participants get a unique opportunity to learn more practical and customized know-how about the company. Participants will be equipped with the latest functional knowledge and managerial skills that can help them take on leadership roles and responsibility on a faster track.
